This is a teen version of our MSC 8-session course designed to cultivate the skill of self-compassion. It is for anyone aged 12-19 interested in developing the resource of self-compassion.

Mindful Self-Compassion Course

Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) is an experienced-based 8-week course designed to cultivate the skill of self-compassion. It is for anyone interested in developing the resource of self-compassion.
