Itinerary:
Friday Arrival
Arrive anytime after 1 PM. You will be greeted with a tour of the lodging and a nice snack.
Mornings
Wake up for some light yoga and breakfast. You can take your time getting up and ready, and then we will go for a group nature walk.
Afternoons
A healthy gourmet lunch, then a nature walk and some personal time to read or relax.
Evenings
Come together for a family-style dinner, then go "Ponderay Retreat in the Woods," a sauna/cold plunge experience with a fun bonfire.
Nights
Conversation, games, or personal time.
Sunday morning
Come together for a final thought and check out around 10am.
